Welcome to our office!
Thank you for visiting our website and showing interest in Fresh Smiles Dental. I'm Dr. Nabi, and I love getting to know our community, one patient at a time.
Before moving to St. Louis, I lived and practiced in Seattle, Washington. I decided to settle in St. Louis area after I had finished my postgraduate training in Implants Dentistry at the Southern Illinois University school of dental medicine in Alton. I received my doctorate degree in dental medicine with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of dental Medicine in Philadelphia in 2011.
I am committed to provide excellent care to my patients. Every year I attend hundreds of continuing education hours both on a local and a national level to stay current with the newest technologies in dentistry. I strive to provide state-of-the-art services to my patients delivered to them in a comfortable and a pleasant experience. My patients know me as a very gentle and compassionate dentist who takes his time to talk with them and determine together what is best for them and their individual needs. I appreciate each of my patients for who they are and respect each person's opinions and ideas. I believe in giving back to the community. I am an active participant in the American Dental Assocaition Give Kids A Smile volunteer event.
In my spare time, I enjoy sketching, photography, reading, road trips and watching tv. I am a hard core Jerry Seinfeld fan! I am married with one child. My wife, Mina, is a Webster University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree. We live in Brentwood, Missouri.

Cathy has two wonderful daughters, Amy and Christina, who both have a college degree and are employed. In her spare time, Cathy likes to walk her new dog, Penny, garden, cook, read, arrange flowers, and meet friends for dinner; preferably outside. She also loves to travel and see new and exciting places. Hiking in Colorado, snorkeling in Maui and relaxing in Destin, Florida is some of her favorite destinations. She also holds a certificate in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide( laughing gas) sedation. Cathy maintains attending several continuing education courses throughout the year. “As my patient, you can expect a thorough but gentle cleaning. I will do my best to assure you are comfortable during your appointment. I also believe in instructions in proper teeth brushing and flossing. I have seen firsthand how this is essential to achieve optimal oral health. I am not here to judge you but rather to help you achieve a beautiful healthy smile!”
Heather- Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Heather Naeger, and I am the RDH on Thursdays! I was born in California and moved here when I was 6 months old. I grew up in Jefferson County, but have since moved to Ste. Genevieve, with my husband and 2 kids. We have been together for almost 11 years and married almost 5. We have a 2.5 yr old daughter, Stella, and 4 month old son, Wyatt. They are the reasons why I stay home the majority of the time. My family, and I, love to be outside when the weather is nice. We love to fish and do anything outdoors to enjoy the sunshine. We plan to build our forever home on some land and start a small farm. I'm obsessed with anything cow related, and our daughter is the same. I am the youngest of 3 girls and the oldest is my half sister. We just found out about her in 2019. I have a large extended family and my husband's is even larger. Family is the most important to us, so we are always spending time with someone, but most likely it's my mom. We hope to have one more baby, in the future, to complete our family. In the mean time, we are loving this phase of life and all the challenges it brings!
Jessy - Office Manager
Jessy was raised here in the heart of Oakville. She started her career as a Dental Assistant in 2008. That same year she started assisting in this practice and many of the patients have become like family to her. She has used the knowledge she has gained over the course of her career and is now our Office Manager. She loves to build relationships with her patients and finds that their trust is very rewarding. Making her patients feel comfortable in our office is very important to her. Working with Dr. Nabi, educating and giving people the tools for a healthy confident smile is what she enjoys most! She is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) and takes many hours of continuing education throughout the year. She participates in Give Kids a Smile and Missouri Mission of Mercy to provide quality service for families who benefit from the organizations. For fun, she loves to spend time with her husband Randy and two daughters, camping and spending time outdoors. Her family also includes a few fun-loving fur babies, a guinea pig- Sargent Pepper, and Tala a black lab.
Connie - Administrative Assistant
Connie has been the front office patient coordinator since 2010. She is a multifaceted member of our team at Fresh Smiles Dental. She’s the very first smile you see when you visit our practice. “Greeting patients and guiding them through their office experience is one the most rewarding aspects of my job.”. Connie helps with scheduling our patient's appointments, answering their questions, verifying insurances benefits and maintaining records. She is really keen on making each and every patient feel like they’re visiting a close friend and having a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout their visit. Residing in South County for over 35 years, Connie has met many patients who know her family or their children have grown up with hers. Her family includes her husband who she met in high school in 1973. They have two adult sons, three grandchildren and a rescue Newfoundland named Doc. In her spare time, Connie enjoys working out at the local gym, walking a trail, swimming or running around and keeping up with three young grandchildren. She also enjoys listening to local bands at various venues, being outdoors and sharing time and vacations with family and friends.
